Is this anxiety related please help

So last few days been having panic attack and today I feel really tired and hard to focus my eyes on anything at all as well as a pain in my ears is this anxiety related??? Pls help

It an be diff things actually. The panic attacks are definitely anxiety related. The pressure might be lack of water and exercise. Are you dieting?
