So here I am trying to get some sleep I feel tired but my heart races just now and then I feel hot and uncomfortable. I drunk 5 pints of beer this afternoon but I've had something to eat and plenty of water and coke to keep me hydrated just before i went off. I dnt kno why I can't sleep. Anyone have this?
