Chest pain shooting arm and leg pain .. Thoughts of heart attack

Uuuugggh I hope this passes it's been a couple days now and still no sign of improvement... And I'm still worried about my heart murmur and I've been dizzy all day and trouble breathing but idk if it's anxiety... Doctors have told me its anxiety but my heart murmur is not because of that... 20 m... Idk what's going on... Talk to me people...

Unfortunately loads of symptoms come along with anxiety and they mimic other conditions like a heart attack. Dizziness and trouble breathing can def happen with anxiety and is a really horrible symptom. the worry about it also makes it ten times worse. It's a really vicious circle and can be really unsettling. Please try and believe your doctors- if they in anyway though there was something seriously wrong then they would have told you.
Do you practice relaxation exercises or meditation? That may help to make you feel better.
