I've been taking it for a little over a month now. I had such a nervous stomach. It has really been a positive experience for me. I started out at 25, but now take 50 and am very glad I'm on it. I took Imodium so often that taking one pill a day helped me not have to deal with all of the other 'what if' issues I was having with my stomach and anxiety. Good luck!

So it does help with the anxiety issues then?? It seems to have a broad spectrum of things it helps with and I want to be sure it does with anxiety? ?

It works on the same level as the ssri's(raises serotonin by reducing reuptake). Often if you don't respond to ssri's, they will try a TCA(an older but still useful class of med). I'd take it as it might help allot. It can and is used ror depression, anxiety, OCD..... pretty much anything an ssri med might be tried for. I'd just try it exactly as he wants you to take it.
