anxious about my blood results

omg i am 7 months pregnant but last yr i got diagnosed with low thyroid and had my bloods done and i am low in iron and now they say am low in vit d,i hope its only because am pregnant,i do worry alot about health,i am getting anxiety alot now because i only have about 6 weeks left,worried if anxiety can cause harm to baby x

Well to be honest i was doing great until i found out i was pregnant,and its daft being anxious just because my iron is low and now my vit d,it is curable,i think of all these other people that get told bad news,i dont know how i would handle that,i will book in to see nurse today but all they have done is left me a prescription for vit d so they arnt concerned just me being anxious
