I hope we can get some tips as to how my dad can overcome a debilitating anxiety/ ptsd
issue. About 15 years he had a pacemaker placed, after that he was on lorazepam for dizziness, he was great.
He would take 1mg every 2-3 days; 2 years ago his difilburator shocked his heart 4 times in a row,
after that a period of 2 years had passed where he was up and down with horrible anxiety attacks.
Overall, though, he was getting better, and 4-5 month's ago, it shocked him one more.time. That
just left him in bed, with bad thoughts about his heart, dizziness constantly. Can not watch tv,
sensitive to noise, can nof sit with a psychiatrist because he gets anxious.and his.blood pressure
goes to 180/110. It is taking toll on.my mom, medication is making him worse. any advice is greatly appreciated.
He is 64 and not able to drive, not able to.do.anything.
thanks for any advice you guys have to offer.
