Adrenaline rush

Hey guys.. I been experiencing surges of adrenaline just as im about to drift to sleep..it's like one big rush then couple small ones then they are gone.. have you guys had this before??they are scary though :/

Yea, I have had this before and then my heart races and I feel that warmness shoot up into my chest and neck. During this time I just acknowledge the bodily sensations and let them flow through my body while doing deep abdominal breathing and that helps alot

Yea the first one scares me.. but I just tell
My mind "it's just my anxiety!! Relax!" then I do deep breathing

I get them to when trying to fall sleep and sometimes while I'm sleeping I feel a adrenaline rush and it wakes me up and freaks me out cause my heartbeat is beating so fast!

Yes I get the same thing aswel and I just let it pass over then go back to sleep still scary though
