What is wrong with me? Here are my symptoms...

Headache.
Dizziness.
Nervous feeling in stomach.
Face, ears, neck, and chest get red and burn really bad.
Shaking all over.
Hyperventilating.
Crying.
I make up excuses to avoid situations.
This will happen if someone just glances at me.
I feel like I just want to go home and be alone.

You need to seek medical advice asap by your GP. You sound like you may have depression and this is common as I have been through it and still go through it day by day

Do not be afraid of how you feel try right the way you feel down so that when u see the GP you get all your points across and then start your life again

Ok thanks. It's just so annoying that nobody seems to understand whenever this stuff happens. And I don't really want to explain it to them. But I will definitely do as suggested.

My sister had these symptoms and was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Is the dizziness always there or does it go away when your calm and does your head kinda feel like pressure or heavy

Classic symptoms of depression :-(
See if you can get an anti depressant from your g.p or be referred to a physiatrist .
