My home is making me feel sick?

Hey guys! Does this happen to u guys? When I'm out, my symptoms are sometimes mild or gone..once I get home I start getting dizzy, anxious etc..

i get the same,and its due to my anxiety and panic disorder

i cant work out why i have this symptom because i loved being in m home

This could well be because when your out your mind is distracted from worrying thoughts and when your at home it's not so the worry returns. My advice would be to go out as much as you can and distract yourself while in the house. Maybe by reading or something like that?
