I met with my counselor this week and she gave me a really good piece of advise I thought I would pass on. My anxiety stems from the feeling that I'm going to die of like a heart attack or stroke. She told me to write it down and set a date a year from now to worry about it. Like if I'm still having chest pains in a year to worry about it than. No matter how many times the thought enters my mind I say to myself nope I'll worry about that a year from now. I have been saying this to myself a lot the past few days and I have been finding myself thinking less and less about my "heart problem" and awesomely enough my cheat pains are getting less and less. Just thought I would share in hopes that this might help someone else. Good luck :-)
