Stomache Heartbeat

I need to ask yall something. everyday and I never use to notice it but I can see my heartbeat through my stomach when im sitting on the couch or a chair. This is a big part of my anxiety. I been to the doc and he used the stethascope and said it all sounds good. that its not an aneurysm if thats why im thinking but I cant seem to tell my self that .. the movement is bothering me everyday I see and feel it. does anyone have this?

I seen this in my body as well.. but never thought it was bad.. just thought it was normal.. don't worry! Your ok! I'm ok aswell
