Hello,
This is my first post.
I have been struggling with agoraphobia off and on since college (I am now 28).
It had become a lot worse lately and I decided it was time to work through it.
Luckily, I was referred to an "Exposure Therapist" and that has been going great.
Unfortunately, he is both expensive and pretty much booked in terms of his ability to continue coming to my home for sessions, and I am not ready to travel to his office (30+ mins away).
I would like to see him whenever possible but I am also open to other therapists.
If anyone can recommend a good and also affordable therapist to help with my situation I would greatly appreciate it.
I am located in Southern California in Orange County and would need someone to come to my home.
Thanks for looking!
