Hi. I am a bit confused about which vitamin supplement assist with anxiety and what can make it worse.
A few days ago I took a combination of magnesium, calcium (with vitamin D) and a mega B complex as I heard they were good for twitches (I had an annoying twitch in my left cheek) and have had servere anxiety and felt panicked ever since. Is this a coincidence or could the vitamins have made it worse?
Has anyone tried epsom salt baths (Magnesium sulphate salt)? These always are a great option for me if I feel really stressed and restless in the evenings.
