Hello, I am going through a horrid time of it at the moment. As My elder Half brother is very ill with cancer & its spread. I am not at ease with my anxiety at all and simply want to run away. I am dreading big time the funeral. I am on beta -blockers, also can take Diazepam but feel these useless when I am in a really bad state. I am also a carer for my Disabled Husband.I live in Surrey and elder half brother is up in London. Please can some one help, I am not eating properly or sleeping. Is this normal? I have been shivering all afternoon, is this normal as well. Feet are blocks of ice, regards amandah
