Lightbulb Can anyone relate? What do I do?

I suffer from social anxiety and even when I'm alone in my room I still feel pressure to my head and clicking sounds in my head now and then. This happening keeps me anxious all day except when I'm asleep of course. It's either I'm talking to someone and feeling anxious, or by myself and still having a feeling of anxiety in my head. It's like my brain is my worst enemy. Even when I'm not in my head but actually concentrating on whats in front of me at theres still that sensation in my head, like a weird heavy, dizzy-ish, anxiety feeling as if its in my subconscious mind. Can anyone else relate to this?

Some days my head is so full it won't stop. It is all part of depression and anxiety. Any tablets you are taking it can affect it. One way to calm your head down is to learn basic meditation.

Yup, I have it too. Whenever I try and concentrate on something outside my head, I still can't get out of it or stop thinking about my own thoughts. It's like my eyes are turned inside out. Doing crossword puzzles helps, same with playing music. This is because it gives your brain a distracter which takes a lot of mental energy.

This is pretty common among a lot of anxiety sufferers including myself. You should find things to try and distract yourself from being alone with your thoughts. You can try working out, going on a long hike or for a long swim. This helps me a lot whenever I start feeling anxiety.
