    Smile New Member Hello

Hi everyone. I just joined the forum and have spent some time reading various posts. I have to say that I am so amazed at how much knowledge is floating around on this site. You guys are amazing in your dedicated search for answers. I used to have severe anxiety as a child, but mine was more related to PTSD, so I no longer suffer from anxiety like I did. I have joined the forum because I am a clinical psychologist now and work with a number of patients who suffer with various forms of anxiety. I am always looking for good resources for them and to continue to improve my understanding of the different forms of anxiety and what folks are finding that works to relieve the symptoms. So, I hope you don't mind me "hanging out" with you. Thanks again. I look forward to reading and learning more.

Thanks! I can see that. When generosity and benevolence is in such short supply, it is refreshing!
