I know exactly what you mean. I've been off the meds for a while now, pursuing a more natural course of treatment. I've found a lot of success with Vitamin B complex (B3,B5,B6 and B12), Calcium, Vitamin C, GABA, Magnesium, Tryptophan and L-Theanine. I think a lot of people don't realize that they may be feeling anxious because they are deficient in many of the nutrients that "feed" the brain. You may want to look into a supplement called Tranquilene (tranquilene.com). It's got most of those ingredients in it.
