Hi everyone,

It was a long and difficult journey through crippling anxiety and panic attacks for me. I finally emerged from it after years of trying everything. At my worst (aged 31, now 42) I was like baby, had to reprogram my subconscious, re-evaluate relationships, take things step by step and generally relearn life all over again. Incapacitated by a plethora of debilitating physical, emotional and spiritual symptoms... It was sink or swim. In the course of my recovery, I composed some music as part of my therapeutic journey. In the same way that it helps me relax, I hope it can help you to find inner peace too. It's been streamed on SoundCloud nearly 2 million times, which is quite something for little old me!
