    Hello I'm new to all this!

    Hello!,

    I am very new to all of this. I have been a suffering with OCD (intrusive thoughts) and anxiety for about two years. I have tried all sorts and have found that nothing is helpful!. I am on medication which has helped to some extent but it hasn't taken it away which at first i had hoped.
    I have decided to give this a try and would love some help on how this works.

    Hello and welcome

    People mostly post on the General Discussion board or the Medication board. Feel free to read (lurk!) as much as you like or post as much as you like. I spent the first year just reading posts when I was anxious and it helped me knowing I wasn't the only one on the planet going through it. Anxiety loves to make you feel that way but it's just not true.

    I hope you find some helpful ideas and comfort knowing you aren't alone.
