Hi, You can cool down yourself by watching youtube as i do, watch funny videos, this will allow you to forget anxiety. Add me we can chat together. And dont try to meditate, this will open more mind abilities which will drive you crazy. You will be able to see aura, Nightmares, Lights, Flashes and a a lot more hallucinations like whirlpool, grey sky etc. You may find it cool but it will drive you crazy.
