I love how you put together a systematic way for overcoming panic disorder. I am also a recovered agoraphobe (over 20 years free) and did many of the things you employed in your recovery. I worked for 17 years as a mental health social worker after I recovered and then wrote a book - Un-Agoraphobic - on amazon. I am amazed at how similar our approaches are for getting out of prison. I hope many have and will read your suggestions, for they are the right-on path to defeating panic attacks.
