Do you have any words of wisdom for me, I am not depressed, I run 3 to 5 sometimes 7 miles a day, with one day off a week. I am not on any medication except for a natural product calledl Requill because I get anxious and angry easily. Depending on what time I am during my monthly cycle. I don't take it all the time just normally when I am stressed. However when RBM said( i have conditions troubles...i misplace things, sometimes can't do simple mental math, i feel distracted at times. i discover mistakes i make at work (numbers related) and soon have a panic attack , thinking i have dementia or something (i'm in my 30s) and beleve me, it happens a lot !!) This happens to me a lot as well, I even have walked off and left the stove on, I feel confused like I can't hold a thought in my head. Other times I feel clear, I forget simple stupid things like leaving lights on or doors open. I take multi vitamin daily I am very healthy I take salmon oil daily as well. I have been trying to use the reaquil to calm down in the evenings instead of wine because with the wine you do not get good restorative sleep.
