    A little message

Hi everyone, I hope you're all well! I posted a while back as I suffer with chronic depression, social anxiety disorder and panic disorder and wanted to let everyone know there is some hope. I'd been going through absolute Hell since last November and only began to get help in May and while things aren't perfect, they're definitely getting better. I'm back at my job and beginning additional training at college in September and everyone has been really supportive (those who weren't and treated me badly because of how I felt .. I don't need people like that in my life!) .. I just wanted to say while I know this is still an ongoing daily battle for myself and all posting on here, never compromise yourself or forget that it's okay not to always be happy etc. You're our own unique and gifted person and there's more to you than just your mental health and do not ever let anybody tell you otherwise. I hope you all stay safe and keep well and remember how unique and great you really are, no matter what anyone else or your anxieties may tell you! Warmth, Ronnie xx

I wish everyone in my life were as comforting as this... I just might be able to pick myself up and do something.

I agree that it's OK to not always be happy, as nobody can always be happy. If I were always happy, I'd be the first person in human history to be able to be always happy.

Thank you, Ronnie. I wish words like that came as easily to everyone in my life.
