anybody get panic attacks on public transport

hi, i was just wondering if anyone gets anxiety or panic attacks on buses or trains, thats were my worst fears lie. Im 17 and it all started in january of this year i had my first full blown panic attack on the bus on the way to school and ive been scarred ever since. Ive had CBT but it hasn't helped at all and im fearing that i am progressing to generalised anxiety disorder, which i really dont want to happen as im due to start university next september and i feel if i am continuing in the vicious circle i wont want to go. my therapist said that anxiety on public transport is common but i am yet to find anybody who feels the same as me, i cannot go on buses too school or any other journey, i am fine getting them home as i think to myself i'm going home and it'll be ok and im not under pressure time wise. I finished my first course of CBT and now i am on my second course with a different therapist in a different doctors i have missed two appointments and am terrified to go as i really dont like speaking to people either, i just dont want this to develop further and need some tips on how to nip it in the bud.

sorry if this doesn't make any sense its my first post and i dont have a clue what im doing on here, some advice on this would be really helpful thank you finding it really difficult at the minute.

What follows is a reading for you, explore this with your therapist, it is the correct direction for healing, mind and body..

Alex12345 who are you? Your nickname suggests you believe you are not unique, or special. And that's where you must begin.

A major crossroads ahead. Left or right, which way? Who tells you which way to go?

Who are you? Did you ever give thought to that? Or are you always in the shadow of trying to be what someone else tells you to be.

Who's idea was university? Who's idea was which subjects to take. Who's idea was what you should do with your life. Who's idea was your future profession. Who's idea was it how you should behave, now, anososd as a child. Who's idea was it to go to therapists. Who's idea was it that this may lead to general anxiety disorder. Who's idea was it how you should dress and behave. Who's idea was it that you should be seen and not heard.

Who's idea was it that if you didn't follow what they said you should be and do - your life would fall apart or have dire consequence.

Who's idea was it that you should suppress who you are in lieu of who you should be.

Who's idea was it that you are less than perfect

Who are you, what do you want. Why can't you have it.

    Who am I ?

"Each person alive helps paint the living picture of civilization as it exists at any given time. Be your own best artist. Your thoughts, feelings, and expectations are like the living brush strokes with which you paint your corner of lifes landscape. If you do your best in your own life, then you are helping to improve the quality of all life. Your thoughts mix and merge with others, to form man's living-scape, providing the vast mental elements from which physical events will be formed"

You can have anxiety with a quite a few things. Mine is health anxiety. Zoella on YouTube suffered anxiety in public transport. Find Relaxing melodies (its an app) Zoella recommended it in her video and see if it works for you
