Hi everyone ...I just signed up to this today in hopes to talk to others that understand this serious anxiety... a little about myself I'm 32 years old and for as long as I can remember I've had anxiety. .and as I get older it gets much worse. .. I'm scared of everything and I feel it gets worse all the time. ..people around me don't understand and think I'm crazy ..hoping I can talk with people who get it...
