Hi, my name is Amy. I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for many years and have also found out (after both of my children were diagnosed) that I have ADD. I am so relieved to know that other people are dealing with some of the same problems. I am trying to find tricks on how to stop the adrenaline rollercoaster that comes with extended periods of panic. I am currently experiencing panic that has kept me awake since 9:30 pm. (it's 3:00 am now) I just can't shut my mind off and the racing thoughts are impossible to control. I have been on just about every medication out there. Unfortunately, a lot of them cause me to develop twitches so there aren't many I can take. I am currently on Wellbutrin, Latuda, clonazepam and trazadone. I am tired of letting the anxiety and depression take over my life and I look forward to getting tips and info from people who are struggling too.

Welcome to the forum and the land of the anxiety-depression disease we all have in common.

I have been suffering for 20 years and I dealt with it without Meds. Until Sept. when i was hit with severe anxiety, depression and stress.

I dislike my job, I owe shitload of money, christmas is coming.

I have made some good friends on here and so will you.
