Head twitching

Hey guys..... I feel like my anxiety has been the worse it's ever been in my life
The past three days I've been getting this new symptom an I'm hoping it's anxiety related
The back of my head is like shaking it feels like my brain/head is shaking/vibrating/jolting/twitching/ticking I don't know an I can feel/hear it beating
Has this happened to anyone????
I'm really trying my hardest to not call 911
I keep getting adrenaline an I'm so tense when I feel the shaking I feel like I'm having a head seizure is that even possible? I'm losing it the shaking is freaking me out it doesn't seem normal to me. Please help advice pleas!?!

I get that as well. I think it's anxiety.

I've had it for around a year, so my presumptions is it is anxiety related

The sensation lasts briefly, then comes again if my anxiety gets high again.
