    Blood in urin

He felt my stomach and back for any lumps in my kidneys but couldn't find anything abnormal. I haven't had any blood in my urine since. The only thing I can think of is that stress/anxiety caused my kidneys to malfunction somehow, since my mind was working in overdrive last month!
    Hi purple9812,
Was the blood a bright red or dark like black coffee? I had a kidney stone 20 years ago and pee looked like coffee. Had it a couple more times and it went away. But then I got the PAIN. Kidney stones hurt like hell. I was sitting in the kidney stone center and two ladies were talking in front of me and one said to the the other " i have had 2 kids naturally that did not hurt as bad as this kidney stone" scared the hell out of me. I literally drink at least a gallon of water EVERY day. never had another one (knock on wood).
Dark blood usually means it is up in the kidney and a brighter blood means that it's probably working it's way down the "tube" or in your bladder. You probably passed a stone! congrats. They are jagged and sharp little bastards.
Blood was not from anxiety but it will give you anxiety until your reassured it's nothing serious.

What a list! And yet, it's something that doesn't actually 'effect' our bodies, according to doctors. Crazy. I have one to add to the list: hives This one is fairly new to me (suffering anxiety is too though and I'm convinced that something causes anxiety. Not just our minds.) But yesterday, for the first time ever in my life, I broke out in hives for no apparent reason and when something happens for no apparent reason, I'm always told it's anxiety.

Thank you. This is my go to when I don't feel right. Google convinces me I am, in fact, dying. This post tags anxiety to my symptoms. Inappropriate adrenaline release is the only one I haven't found on the list. But I've survived several of those so, while it sucks when it happens, I know that this too, shall pass.

Is anyone experiencing such issues like those ? I see few times per day flashes of light in my eye ( for example i open my fridge or look at book while reading near light source and i see something that looks exactly like light source/bulb flash when bulb is going to blow) and i also cant focus my eyes on many things for example stars at sky or even moon (sometimes when i look at moon its shaking a bit or floating). Those two problems are most annoying for me but i had/have many more issues which would fit to anxiety and i did all tests i could and everything is ok. atm i use tianeptine (coaxil) since 4 months but it just helps to dont care TOO much about it. The worst thing is that it comes out always when i think about it or few minutes later and those are not rapid strikes but i feel like it for most of day (its weaker at the evening).

As I already have a balance disorder, without any anxiety, I always have a bit of vertigo. But, my anxiety adds to the vertigo what's already there, it's like I'll be calm with slight vertigo then something triggers a sense of dread and it feels like you have just set off on a rollercoaster! What are the best ways to manage anxiety like this when it seems so dangerous with my vertigo? Normally I wait until I have an attack then act, but with this that's just to risky.

Note: I'll post on this thread quite often since I'm a hypochondriac
