As of a week ago my family doctor put me on wellbutrin on top of zoloft and buspar. Since wellbutrin I've noticed I'm shaky and a bit more paranoid.
As for my health anxiety is has pushed it though the roof. Maybe I've been over medicated.
I would go and talk to your doctor. My doctor said that Wellbutrin is the worst to prescribe for anxiety since it makes it rocket like you said....its the main side effect: tremors, agitation and anxiety
Easiest thing to do is to STOP taking them and go see your Doctor.
My Doctor gave me a medication for a minor medical condition and the side effects were listed as "depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation". Whatever. That's not going to happen to me! Well, 10 months later I had just gone through the worst experience of my life, anxiety every day all day non-stop!
If your body is telling you not to take the medication (mine was! and I waited 2 weeks for my appointment to come up ... big mistake!), don't take it and go see or call your doctor immediately!
