It's THAT time again!! For all my woman friends!!

Well..as I sit here my heart is ALL over the place. It is fluttering like crazy and making me SUPER anxious! I have this...I only have like 1 good week out of a month. a week prior to my period I start getting heart flutters and as time goes on they get worse...the day before and day off my period they are horrible and I get so scared.
I keep trying to tell myself it is just hormones and anxiety, but the sensation of my heart flopping in my chest is not reassuring me...
I have had my heart checked a few times and the tests always come out fine. I do have MVP (sometimes...weird, I know), but it doesn't bother me much.
I am SOOOOO over this mess!!!

This post could have been written by me.. I have had a terrible week this week with flutters which same as you make my anxiety fly I feel sure my heart is going to stop and I often question could it be hormones but the more I read on here the more I am reassured and although I don't wish it on anyone it's good to know my symptoms are the same as someone else its very scary x
