yes, all of that stuff you describe definitely can cause stress, whether or not it feels like it. you sound incredibly smart and mature for your age. your therapist sounds wonderful and seems to be on the right track.
your body is telling you it's not getting something it needs, or too much of something it doesn't.
focus on:
-eating well, cut out the junk
-add some supplements while you rebuild
-exercise, at least walking (outside) everyday
-relax!
-enjoying time with your friends
-turn up the radio and dance
-quit obsessing and reading about other people's problems
and talk to your dad about your feelings; that alone could relieve a lot of stuffed emotions.
