focus on:
-eating well, cut out the junk
-add some supplements while you rebuild

-turn up the radio and dance
-quit obsessing and reading about other people's problems

and talk to your dad about your feelings; that alone could relieve a lot of stuffed emotions.
Also to you, thank you for your comment. You also commented on another post of mine and I really appreciate it. Also thank you, for saying that I sound smart and mature, I take that as a compliment. I am going to talk to my dad, I don't like it because I feel like I'm hurting him if I do, but yeah it's for the best, for my mental health. My father isn't the easiest to talk with, but we'll have to. I think he'll understand that as wel. Besides that, thank you for your tips, I'm going to try it, and I'll hope I can handle my anxiety soon. Again, thank you.
