Getting things off your chest can be extremely helpful, even if you can't come to any solid conclusions through doing so. I think talking or writing things out just kind of helps you to look at things clearly, and not keep them backlogged in your mind all the time. Things in your environment can affect you so much more than you even consciously think they do. Things can be causing you stress and tension on a totally subconscious level, even if you are sitting there telling yourself that you can handle it fine. Like you said, even little things bother you more than you initially think they do. My anxiety seemingly came out of nowhere as well, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized how much I had going on in my life and the anxiety started to make more sense. I also realized that I've had some general anxiety my entire life, and that I have other family who has also experienced similar things, so maybe it wasn't quite as out of nowhere as I had originally thought. I can say this...finding this forum was a life saver for me because it made me realize I wasn't alone in what I was going through. Knowing there are people you can reach out to is such a great comfort!
