I have been using the "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne with some success recently. In it, one of the best strategies that he suggests is to recite affirmations with a partner to raise your self esteem. I would really like to be able to practice these affirmations through Skype with someone. Don't worry, I am not a creepy guy, actually a really nice guy just looking for someone to practice the affirmations with. Let me know if you would be interested in raising your self-esteem and lowering your anxiety by practicing with me.
