Hi everyone,
It's nice to meet you all. I am glad to have found a place to discuss anxiety. I've heard that one of the best ways to reduce anxiety is to talk it out with people. Unfortunately I get nervous when I have to talk in front of others. So having a live conversation with people about anxiety wasn't going to work for me. I'm more of a writer than I am a speaker. I feel more comfortable putting my thoughts down in writing because this process allows me to gather my thoughts, think them through, and put them down in a logical way. If I had to speak about anxiety my thoughts would get all jumbled and I might accidentally say something I didn't mean to say. So once again it's nice to meet everyone and I hope we will all have a fulfilling journey together. Thank you.
