    Question natural supplements- rhodiola, ashwagandha, confianza

    I have been dealing with horrible stress and anxiety lately. I have been on Prozac before, but I hate the side effects.

    I tired Rhodiola Rosea and it seemed to work, but it's a diuretic and made me dehydrated no matter how much water I drank.

    Has anyone tried Ashwagandha or It Works-Confianza? Do either have side effects such as gas, bloating, or diuretic side effects? Do they work?

    What is a good natural supplement for anxiety?
