New member here. Glad to meet you all.

    Hi,

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm really happy to know that there is a safe space for people like us to visit and find support.

I finally decided to stop being in denial and treat my anxiety. As I get older, I find it harder and harder to do.

After reading other people's personal blogs, I've seen how much it has changed their lives for the better. So I decided to the same before signing up here.

I hope you can support me when you can, by reading my blog and sharing your thoughts. Thanks!

Hey! Nice blog. Blogging and journaling definitely help. Have you noticed what your triggers are?

    Thank you greightful!

I have a bunch of triggers that I was able to make a list of. Since starting my blog, it's made me more accountable and proactive to work hard at getting rid of my anxiety.

Here's a short list i made a week ago that was giving my anxiety:
    1) My mom
    2) Clutter at home
    3) The thought of losing my job
    4) Not having enough to pay my bills
    5) Thought of never having kids,
    6) Feeling stuck in my position at work and not moving up
    7) The way my girlfriend negatively reacts to negative things that happened
    8) Adding more work to what I already have to do.
    9) Change gives me anxiety as well..
