    Anyone Ever Experienced This?

So, I don't know how to articulate this but I'm going to try.

My social anxiety is insanely bad. I sometimes get muscle freezing like feelings when I'm around absolutely anyone, even family. I can't raise glasses to drink from or move much without panic and fear. My tremors get very bad and I drop things, I have spilled multiple things. I don't know what this is and I'm getting super sick and tired of this. What should I tell my psych? This can't go on.

Yeah.. It's nervous tension basically. The muscles in your upper body are so tense you can hardly move. It's because your body thinks it's under constant threat so it's ready to fight or flee. Simple anxiety can do this!
