    natural remedies

    Hi everyone! I'm new here so forgive me if this has been asked before. I've had some good luck with natural anxiety remedies like chamomile but it bothers me that my mind is foggy when I take them. I have trouble focusing so I want to keep my mind as sharp as possible but anything I've tried makes my mind fuzzy. Any suggestions? What are your favorite natural remedies? And is there something else I can take to keep my mind sharp to combat the anxiety meds?
