Does anyone know of any reason why someone who has been reasonably stable for a number of years on this active ingredient is suddenly feeling consistently worse?

Do these drugs need evaluation?

It's probably "pooped out" of the system and you need a different dosage.

I know that the withdrawal symptoms from these medications can be terrible, and that's probably why you're feeling worse.
