Hi recently my doctor perscribed me with 10mg of ciraplex once a day. I havent taken it yet. I am always out and reducing my alchol consumption may be hard. Im scared of the side effects and do not want to be stuck taking Anti Depressants all my life can anyone help? anyone try Ciraplex before?

I'm in pristiq and can drink alcohol whenever I want. I don't know if this is advised but I don't really care, and have no side effects.
Make sure you've taken all other avenues before taking the anti-depressent (exercise, therapy, self help etc).
I also feared the side effects, but 8 months down the track I don't have any. I only had side effects the first 6 weeks. However these results differ in everyone.
In terms of taking it all your life, if you NEED to take it now, do so, and worry about that later. People come off and on these things all the time.
Well i have a doctors appointment on the 19th of April and will continue to excersise and think positive until then. If the anxiety hasnt gotten better ill go on them. Its hard though. Im in my last year of highschool, the only thing anyone ever thinks about is partying. Im considered the drinker out of my group of friends and when i tell them im not drinking because of my anxiety they look at me like im from another planet. I guess you cant relate to it unless you have it lol. Anyways thanks for the help jimmy wish me luck!
Edit: I find when im drinking at the time, with my friends going out my anxiety is totally out the window, but when i wake up the next morning its pure hell.
