    Hi

I guess I was looking for people to talk to who understood what it was like to live with anxiety and share stories but I am slowly realising that a lot of people are so wrapped up in their own worries (I do not mean that in a horrible way, just that people are too anxious themselves to think straight) that alot of posts are not answered or a common solution offered is medication or to try a different medication which is not the sort of help I was hoping for.
