Introducing myself

Hello guys and gals,

My name is Patrick Smalling (alias) and i live near Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

I suffer from social anxiety, GAS and depression.

I'm in therapy for more then 5 years now, with a very experience counsellor, which I'm very thankful off.

She thought me how to cope with all this but in a different way most people teach. It's a very sophisticated and deep psychology.

I guess I'm halfway there. Still experiencing symptoms, but not the horrific experiences like back in the days.

I'm hoping to support and get support.
