Hello! When I have spiked anxiety levels, I try to give myself space from people to calm down and do calming activities. Yoga, watching The Anxiety Guy's videos on youtube (he's awesome!!) or just distracting myself on my phone or by reading a book seem to help. Also talking to someone who can trust about how I feel really helps to.
