    My supplements for anxiety

    Hi I wanted to share what has been working for me.

    Kava Kava is amazing. I get mine from WholeFoods. 1 capsule stops my anxiety and makes me feel calm and in control. I love it.
    Passionflower. This is also helpful to have on hand. Kava works better but it is good to have other things on hand.
    L-Tyrosine & 5-HTP helps regulate seratonin and dopamine. These are my happy pills!

    Kava is best for panic attacks for me. Passionflower helps me settle down at night before sleep. 5-HTP also helps regulate serotonin so this is another one I take before bed, although during the day it does not make me tired at all. Tyrosine makes me feel happy.

    Hope this helps someone. These supplements have been a game changer.

    Passionflower, L-theanine, B-12, D3, Magnesium Glycinate, Milk thistle, and Zinc for me.

    Ashwagandha messed with my stomach hard.

    Heard good things about KavaKava. Might try it some time.
