Xanax on a very occassional basis is not a big deal. But if you're planning on using it to stave off withdrawal symptoms, it will become quickly addictive. Take the lowest dose possible for the plane ride and start looking into weaning the Paxil.

technique without medications
I am currently taking Paxil 30 mg a day along with Xanax .25 3 times a day. It really helps me. The only thing is everyone reacts differently. So I guess the best thing is try it and see. I have gone through a lot of meds and am finally happy with my meds.
Taking it one day at a time. One shaky day at a time.
ALprazolam 2 mg is pretty good , I could handle between 2 to 4 pills a day ,if is not ALpra ...no thank you ...
