Hey everyone, sorry for the creepy introduction.
I'm just seeking tips and help to relieve my generalized anxiety. I feel tired and scared most of the time, but I try really hard to keep going and don't left behind my job or projects (because I like it), luckly I work at home and spend lot of time with my pet. However, it's a tough situation.
Ironically, I'm Social Communicator and do Public Relations. xD
