Unhappy Feeling depressed all the time.

my body is down... my faith is gone.... and now I've built negative image of myself in society. It's the situation in which I don't know what to do exactly, It's just blank all over.

    Hi again..

What do you mean you’ve “built a negative image of yourself in society”?

This time of year always sucks for me and I’m feeling pretty down as well.

    Cheers,

Brutal is a great word for it

I’ve never liked it but now I live in this area where the tourists flock during Summer. The days are long and there’s people everywhere. It does my head in and I hibernate even more than normal.

I feel the same way. Usually around late fall, certain smell in the air brings back bad memories and really gets to me. Some days my body feels heavy and I can't get out of bed, then get angry because I couldn't push myself to carry on daily activity for the day.

Sorry to hear you feel this way. If you live in the US, there's a new book out by meterologist Ginger Zee of ABC news Good Morning America and she talks about her lifelong battles with depression. There's hope out there.

My teeth grit when I see happy families during the holidays. I'm not envious of them being happy. I can't explain it.

The holidays haven't always been so wonderful for me either. When I was a kid, sometimes my parents would fight, and when they'd fight, it was always around the holidays.
