Can't say I have heard of him. Nevertheless every suicide story is a sad one.

The deaths of famous people shows that even individuals with unusually successful careers aren't necessarily happier than the average, everyday person like you and me.
I saw an article the other day about him where his family talked really openly about his depression and how he put up this normal happy guy exterior. Its tragic but props to his wife for being so open about it.
