    Getting winded easily

    Does anyone else get winded easily.. Any kind of exercise I try to do I get winded easy and tired.. I havent been physically active for 5 or 6 months do to anxiety and depression.. I hadnt wanted to do anything much less leave the house ... I have been getting more control of my anxiety by not letting it control my life as much.. Been doing 15 min of tai chi the past couple days to get slowly back into shape but I get winded with that.. Walking even gets me winded anymore... Just windering if anyone else cn relate and or have any advise or suggestions. Also I get dizzy and of balance very easily too...
