your heart racing really fast is called heart palpitations, lots of people with anxiety have them. they can be caused by low blood sugar, so you might like to look at your eating pattern before you sleep. how long has it been since you ate when you are trying to sleep? you can try having a snack before your nap to see if it helps, but make sure it's a healthy snack like a banana that will help to stabilize your blood sugars for longer.

    hope this helps a little
